Mar 15, 2011 - Here below are 10 websites that can be an outstanding resource for dog owners
That’s the stuff great meet-cutes are made of, right? But life just doesn’t always shake out that way (or ever, really), which is why we really love the internet and its abundance of dating sites for dog lovers. These sites make dating people who love dogs that much easier.
Just stayed my fourth time at Coastline in the last two years. To keep coming back, for me, means it has to be a great place. This is one of the nicest place you will find to stay any where (at least from all the places/states I have stayed at). I have checked out other RV and state parks throughout The Forgotten Coast and this is hands down the best place to stay in the area. The staff are very courteous and eager to help make your stay the best.
Coastline is in Eastpoint, just a couple of minutes away from St Gorge Island, Apalachicola, and a very short drive to The Forgotten Coast's other attractions, Carabelle, Port St Joe and Cape Sanblas.
The sites are big, very roomy and will more than accommodate a small TT to a large class A. The sites have a nice patio area with patio pavers, and a table on each site. The sites are perfectly level, no extra boards to position under your tires! The first five sites are along US Hwy 98 with great views of St George Sound and the Island (note, being next to to the road means you will here some vehicle traffic, which at night is not bad in my opinion). From the first five sites one can see a picturesque sunrise on the Gulf of Mexico.
The bathroom facilities are second to none, big, individual showers (with tile), and individual walled toilet stalls. The Wifi is excellent throughout the place. Nice laundry room/facilities, and a rec area to play cards in or socialize.
Coastline is dog friendly and provides dog bag dispensers so you can pick up after your pets
It is true they do not give refunds but rather credit if you need to cancel and reschedule your stay to another time. If you plan on coming back regularly as we do, the credit should not bother you. In coming here two years I have seen this RV resort grow and it continues to be a great place to stay. We plan on continuing to stay here twice a year for years to come! If you don't find this to be one of the nicest and best places to stay, I'd be real surprised.

Using multivariate techniques, several skulls of fossil large canids from sites in Belgium, Ukraine and Russia were examined to look for possible evidence of the presence of Palaeolithic dogs. Reference groups constituted of prehistoric dogs, and recent wolves and dogs. The fossil large canid from Goyet (Belgium), dated at c. 31,700 BP is clearly different from the recent wolves, resembling most closely the prehistoric dogs. Thus it is identified as a Palaeolithic dog, suggesting that dog domestication had already started during the Aurignacian. The Epigravettian Mezin 5490 (Ukraine) and Mezhirich (Ukraine) skulls are also identified as being Palaeolithic dogs. Selected Belgian specimens were analyzed for mtDNA and stable isotopes. All fossil samples yielded unique DNA sequences, indicating that the ancient Belgian large canids carried a substantial amount of genetic diversity. Furthermore, there is little evidence for phylogeographic structure in the Pleistocene large canids, as they do not form a homogenous genetic group. Although considerable variation occurs in the fossil canid isotope signatures between sites, the Belgian fossil large canids preyed in general on horse and large bovids. The Australian Cattle Dog Web site has been in developmentsince the VERY early days of the web. It was, in fact, one of thevery first sites devoted to any breed of dog even available onthe internet. These pages are a work in constant progress. Wehope that you will visit us often to note the changes being madehere.
